Something unexpected arrived in the mail today……

Today started as any other Sunday, wake up, drink my Spark (my substitute for coffee), relax and watch Church on live streaming, read my bible study for the day, feed the dogs, do homework, and so forth.

In my ABOUT ME section, I mentioned that I had been feeling led and that I was embarking on an unknown path. I have a lot of desire to explore my creative side right now, but sometimes I have tough days with knowing where I am supposed to go. Where is my direction? Yes, Real Estate is there, but I am being pulled in so many directions, it’s hard to decipher the right one.

Matthew 6:25 says, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?”

I KNOW God has a greater plan for me and I am on the beginning of that path, but I still have doubt and lack of faith some days. Who is a perfect Christian? Jesus! Not me! But I am moving towards being a better Christian.

So in my hour of prayer and discernment, I decided to check the mail…….

I just can’t explain the feeling that came over me when I opened this box. Amanda (my sister in Christ), came into my life on a work relief. I knew immediately that there was a bigger reason she and I were brought together as friends. God works in mysterious ways and puts people in your life for a reason! She and I have been an inspiration to each other and for whatever reason (well I know the reason 🙂 ) she felt compelled to send me this box of goodies.

I needed this today…….very much! I am blessed. This journey has been exciting and fun, but hard and uncertain at the same time. This box not only brought a smile to my face, but also gave me some reassurance that I am where I need to be.

So, I keep on going in this direction until God moves me. What is his plan? What is my purpose? We shall find out! I’m thankful!
